The noble part of the Asset Monitoring System (AMS) by Metaphysics is a sensor cable with integrated temperature sensors. The standard sensor intervals are 2m, 4m, 7m, 10m and 20m.

One Processor unit (SSP) can monitor up to 250 sensors and a maximum cable length of 2000m.

The AMS Asset Monitoring System integrates the following features:

  • provide power-supply to the sensors
  • continuously read all sensor values
  • converts raw sensor values into temperature values
  • analyze temperature values
  • generate alarm messages
  • activate/deactivate relays
  • continuous transfer of sensor values and alarms through communication interface
